Depends on how...: Depends on how long one's luteal phase is. If the luteal phase is 14 days (from ovulation to just before the period begins), then the follicular phase is 14 days also. If the luteal phase is 2 days longer, the follicular phase is then 2 days shorter, etc., etc.... A normal luteal phase can be 10-16 days long among different women, but tends to stay the same number of days in an individual woman.
