See your dentist: Could be several things. Fungal infection like candidiasis, stress ulcers, geographic tongue, lichen planus etc. Please have your dentist evaluate your tongue.

BMS: Bms-burning mouth syndrome . Tongue , gums , throat can get sore or painful. Taste also changes from bitter to matalic.
