It's different: Different people react differently to different medications. It is possible that you will have the same trouble with Enbrel (etanercept) but it's also possible that you will have no trouble with enbrel (etanercept). The only way to know for certain is to try it.

Possibly: Fortunately, there are many options for inflammatory arthritis like RA or psoriatic arthritis, and since everyone is unique, one can have a very unique response (good or bad) to unique meds. So yes, it is possible that you respond well to Enbrel (etanercept) just as it is possible that you feel bad on it as well. Depending on the severity of the condition, risks and benefits need to be weighed prior to start.

Switching meds: The current recommendation is to try a medication with a different mechanism of action. That being said, before there were so many options, switching between Enbrel and Humira was quite common. Sometimes it helps, just as sometimes one pill in a class of drugs works better than another.
