Yes: You need to see a pulmonologist (lung specialist) and evaluate to see if you have pulmonary sarcoidosis -- and you need meds to control the progress of sarcoidosis.

Rule out other cause: Fatigue is a well described component if sarcoidosis, it is a part of sarcoidosis penumbra( insomnia, fatigue and possible neuropathic symptoms) . Please talk to your doctor to see if other causes have up be ruled out such as hypothyroidism and any sleep related breathing disorders
