Sunglasses: Each person is different when it comes to light sensitivity. For instance, people with migraine headaches or cataracts are often more light sensitive. People with lighter colored eyes or bigger pupils are often more light sensitive. Choose sunglasses that block ultraviolet a and b, and ones that are polarized. See your ophthalmologist if your symptoms persist to make sure your eyes are healthy.
