That's why marathon runners are so healthy. Their heart beats may beat only 50 times a minute and get the job done, as opposed to 80 times a minute in an unhealthy person.

Healthy circulation: Maintain healthy heart function and blood pressure. Healthy diet, no smoking. Regular exercise. I'm an advocate of omega 3 fish oil, L citrulline and L arginine as supplements as we age, although many physicians don't advocate taking supplements.
