Yes: Raynaud's is usually triggered by exposure to cold. Stress can also trigger an episode of raynauds. We do not fully understand what causes raynaud's. Blood vessels in your hands and feet go into vasospasm. This temporarly reduces blood supply to those areas, causing the hands and feet to first turn white and then blue. When the spasm stops blood returns and they appear red.

interesting ?: Raynaud's syndrome occurs when temperatures cause the muscular lining of blood vessels to spasm and to dilate usually in response to temperature changes. Though not aware of a relationship with stress, it is not inconceivable. If so, as stress resolves, so should raynauds. Wait and see.
