Water and salt : The organs that control blood pressure are constantly monitoring and exchanging important electrolytes including sodium (salt). Occasionally a hormone called aldosterone may be ineffective in maintaining salt levels. You may feel better by increasing the salt in your diet, especially in the mornings. Sea salt is preferred due to the other trace minerals it contains. And drink water!
