Can't really tell: Pregnancy is always a possibility in a woman in her fertile years. Urine pregnancy tests are available at any drugstore, are very accurate if done correctly, and can be done every 4 weeks or so if a woman never has regular periods. A woman can also go to a primary care doctor or an ob-gyn doctor for testing. Changes in mucus, discharge, and cramps can occur without a pregnancy.
