A member asked:

Saw twins on my ultrasound but one is bigger than the other. is that a problem?

Depends: In general it is common for one twin to be slightly larger than the other. In some rare cases it can be a problem ( usually with identical not fraternal twin) usually serial sonograms will be done to evaluate the growth of both twins. Ask your md what the size difference means in your case.
