Do vertabral hemanginomas need to be treated or just watched?

Most nothing: These occur in about 11% of the population and rarely cause an issue . Most do not need to be even followed. A large hemangioma may occasionally need to be followed especially if it shows signs of growing.

No: They can be followed they are hard to link convincingly to any symptoms they are usually incidental adymptomatic findings large ones can be watched small ones should be ignored.
