Why do my hands and feet itch at night?

Itchy hextremities: Can be caused for the following reasons: 1) diabetes, 2) eczema, 3) seasonal allergies or 4) vascuar problems. If you try otc zyrtec (cetirizine) or Hydrocortisone creams without relief, then make an appointment with an immunologist or your pcp to have your blood checked for type 2 diabetes. If that is normal, then you may need to see a vascular/cardiologist to assess your bloodflow. Don't delay!

This may be : Secondary to neuropathy...Particularly if you do not have any abnormalities or pathology of skin i.E no fungus or dry skin.
