Yes: Chromium picolinate has been shown to help reduce Insulin resistance. Everyone is different however and it may or may not work for you. Here's a link to one citation discussing the use of chromium for the reduction of Insulin resistance: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/15208835.
