A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vitamin D - sunshine: The muscle and bone problems are due to nerve damage and lack of use. There is nothing that will reverse the process. However, additional bone and muscle loss can be due to lack of use and poor diet. Most important is calcium, vit d and sunshine.
