For allergies, yes.: Zyrtec orally and Omnaris steroid nasal spray together are used to treat nasal allergies (hay fever, allergic rhinitis).

Yes: The effects of these medications are different and complementary. Cetirize will help with runny nose, sneezing, and itching. The Omnaris helps with congestion. They can be safely taken together.
