Not pregnant if...: A woman is not pregnant if she has several consecutive valid, properly done, correctly read pregnancy tests that were done over a 2-3 week period. However, she could be newly pregnant if she is continuing to have unprotected sex because she may have just ovulated around the time of the last couple of tests. (as the saying goes, the only certainties in life are death and taxes!).
