No: From a dental viewpoint, there is no connection. Make sure your gums are in excellent health and that you have no periodontal problems. In addition you may need to be examined to make sure that you are not having a dental abscess.

Its possible: Pregnancy is associated with an increase in hormone levels including estrogen and progesterone. Lip and gum swelling have been associated with both.
