No: We are all busy and forget to take our vitamins sometimes. However, because Folic Acid is so important for health of pregnant women and prevention of birth defects in babies, steps should be taken to remember to take it as directed. Placing vitamins out of reach of children but within view of the pregnant woman is one possible solution. Another is to use an app for reminders. Family can help, too.
