The trifecta: Dizziness (whatever that means), nausea & fatigue are so commonly interconnected, that they offer no diagnostic information by themselves. Statistically, the most common causes are viral infections, medicines, pregnancy.

Anemia: Dizziness and fatigue are common signs of anemia. Nausea is not necessarily related but often goes along with the headaches that can occur with anemia. Heavy periods can cause anemia. Please see your md so that you can be evaluated.
