I'm having abdominal pain to right of belly button. it is a stabbing pain. could it be my gallbladder?

Not likely: You could have an umbilical hernia. Gallbladder symptoms are commonly upper abdominal gas and pressure discomforts, feeling worse after eating, nausea after eating and sometimes vomiting. Should have an exam with a doctor.
