Location?: What is the nature of the "spot"? Is it soft or hard? Does it move or does it feel stuck in one place? Does it hurt? What makes it disappear? Where on your chest is the spot? It could be your anatomy, could be a cyst, or calcification. It does not sound like cancer or something serious since it has remained stable. Best to be evaluated by a doctor and get treatment if needed or reassurance.
