When i do hamstring exercises the muscle behind my knee gets bigger but my hamstrings don't. muscle bulges out...ugly. what am i doing wrong?

Popliteal cyst?: You may have a bakers or popliteal cyst behind your knee when you exercise it may appear larger also sometimes the amount of fluid and therefore the size of the cyst may vary with activity level you may not be doing anything wrong if youre concerned, you might want to check it out.
