My dad had a heart opperation 10 months ago and has just started with very bad neck pain that much so he can't sleep or work! should we be worried?

See a doc: Any symptom like that should be checked out asap. Neck pain can be a substitute for the typical pain felt with angina when the heart is not getting enough oxygen. Even if it is not heart related if it is bad enough to prevent sleep and work it needs to be checked out by a doctor asap.
