Ovarian reserve: The anti-mullerian hormone test the quality of the eggs that are left. Indirectly it gives an idea about how many eggs are in the total population that are in the ovary. A low amh level indicates poor fertility. This test is usually used in combination with a day 2 or 3 fsh level and Estradiol level.
