Lip: It is not uncommon for us all to have a lip twitch occasionally. The more it occurs, the more concerning for a clinical diagnosis of conditions similar to hemifacial spasm where the eye and lip twitch simultaneously...Also after belle's palsy the lip can twitch. Sometimes though its just normal to have twitches of muscles rarelly.
