Doubtful: Yes, it's possible, but not likely it's been stopping conception. Progesterone deficiency - luteal phase defect - is now belived to not be a cause of infertility, although sometimes involved in repeat miscarriages. You would need an endometrial biopsy (2, actually) to make thsi diagnosis - honestly i doubt it's needed.
