Lots!: There are several actions that might help. Which actions would be higher priority would depend on what you mean by "mental breakdown." taking a break, taking a walk, getting enough sleep, reading something inspiring, spending time with friends, making a psychotherapy appointment, making a doctor's appointment, spending time in nature, being kind to someone . . . All of these actions could help.
