Depends: You might commonly experience bleeding after polypectomy, but this should not be more than a regualr period; this might last for 4-6 weeks; however if the bleeding persists longer or is very heavy; then you might have another cause for the bleeding (for example adenomyosis, dysfunctional bleeding etc); you need to discuss it with your gyn.
