Iris size: Iris outer dimensions= 11 x 12 mm; iris inner dimensions= 3 mm.

14 mm: The normal iris is about 14 mm from edge to edge. The pupil varies with iris color and light. You can subtacts its size to get the residual iris dimensions. But the iris is a muscle so its cross sectional size varies with these parameters.
