Big Difference: Bedsores are caused by unrelieved pressure on the soft tissues overlying a bony area (sacrum, tailbone, buttocks, heels, etc.) . The damage starts deep (muscle, fat) and then becomes superficial. Pimple are skin problems and start superficial. They rarely go deep. Treatment of pressure sores is to get off the area. Pimples heal with topical treatment and sometimes antibiotics.
