Many Possibilities: A lot depends on what you actually experienced. For example, was vision changed in both eyes or one, more in one side than the other, or gradual vs sudden. Headache? Definitely, an evaluation with your ophthalmologist would be a smart idea. Make sure risk factors such as blood pressure, cholesterol, heart health and diabetes are also checked as far as risks to blood flow to the eyes or brain.
