New lenses: Once your lenses are scratched, the only way to fix the problem is to get new lenses.

Optical : Some scratches in plastic lenses can be buffed lightly to cover them up. Glass lenses fortunately don't have scratches as commonly but are not as treatable when they do. Go to your optical department and show them your spectacles and ask if they are able to help you.
