Yes: Ectopia cordis is a congenital abnormality in which the heart extends out of the chest, usually through a defect in the sternum. It is frequently associated with many other congenital heart anomalies including atrial & ventricular septal defects, tetralogy of fallot, tricuspid atresia, & double outlet rt ventricle. The prognosis is poor.
