Diet and exercise. Watch your diet. Vegetarian being ideal, abstain from tobacco and alcohol. Get your vitamins from the grocery store in the form of fresh fruits, grains and vegetables. Stay away from the fatty foods and artificial sweetners, probably stay from artificial period. Try for at least 20 minutes of exercise out in the fresh air and sunshine if possible.
