See a podiatrist: If the toe swelled, you had a reaction to the bite. There is typically an immediate reaction when a bite occurs but you want to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction that could potentially spread. If the toe becomes swollen, it can begin to limit movement. If you are having an allergic reaction, it can spread and become systemic. Have it checked.
