See your dentist: The decay in the tooth must be entirely removed and then filled with an appropriate filling material.

Holes on teeth: You can stop new cavities from developing in you teeth by mastering the habit of brushing and flossing twice daily before going to bed and in the morning when you wake up. Keeping your teeth free of food after meals by rinsing or by brushing. As for the cavities you already have, your dentist should fill them so they stop growing. Once past the enamel layer they need treatment.
