Mastopexy...: Or breast lift. "deflation" of the breasts is very common after pregnancy and nursing. This may be associated with true drooping of the breasts or they just may appear to sag because they have lost their fullness. A breast lift is done like a breast reduction, but only skin is removed to keep the same size breast in a smaller, tighter, better positioned skin envelope.

Depends on timing: If you have recently given birth, or recently stopped breast feeding, give you body time to recover. Sometimes, waiting is all that is needed to provide edequate improvement. If you have waited, and still feel your breasts are too saggy see a board certified plastic surgeon. Many types of lifts exist, and which works for you will depend on your anatomy. Best to wait until you are done having kids.
