Yes: You can feel tired, wiped out, nauseated during pregnancy, and if you are vomiting you can have hemorrhages (bleeding) in the conjunctiva of your eye.

Of course but : The blood in the eye part is unusual. Do you have a red eye - like conjunctivitis or actually bleeding. Bleeding disorders in pregnancy can occur but not usually in the eye. Go see an eye doctor if the bleeding persists.
