Probably not: These agents are used in joint related issues not osteoporosis. This condition would respond to bisphosphonate (like boniva) therapy and calcium/vitamin d.

No, sadly.: Glucosamine and chondroitin supplementation has been shown to rebuild lost joint cartilage and to help with bone pain, but I don't believe they help strengthen bones.
