Paralyzed?: Not sure what you mean by paralyzed. Surgery is done to keep the shoulder from dislocating. With multiple dislocations, need complete work-up to determine best treatment. If there is bone loss on the humeral head and/or socket, you, may need a bone graft. See a shoulder specialist who is experienced with instability surgeries.
