My shoulder popped out 10 times since 2010. if i don't do the surgery is there any possibility to remain paralyzed? if yes does it guarantee healing?

Paralyzed?: Not sure what you mean by paralyzed. Surgery is done to keep the shoulder from dislocating. With multiple dislocations, need complete work-up to determine best treatment.
