Continue exercise: Or start if not doing so already. 30 minutes of walking daily is sufficient and avoid salt.

These will help: 1. limit salt intake 2.get plenty of rest 3. exercise if ok with your doctor 4.drink plenty of fluids- water ~60 oz a day 5. elevate your legs a few times a day 6. lie on left side more- reduces pressure on some major vessels. 7. do not eat in excess to gain more wt than needed.-ask your doctor what your wt. should be at your stages of pregnancy.
