How do i get pain relief from a herniated disk?

Treating back pain: Herniated disk can be painful. To help with this physical therapy and pain medication but since it is chronic i would suggest acupuncture, feldenkrais therapy and improving your core strength. If it gets worse, they may recommend epidural injections and evaluation by a specialist.

Time: 90% get better over time. Activity modification, guided exercise/ physical therapy, medication and epidural steroid injections are treatment options. 10% require surgery and 90% of those do well as long as you are not a smoker and in relatively good health.
