Yes: Any time someone (female) has unprotected sex, she can get pregnant. Recent studies suggest that most antibiotics (except rifampin) do not decrease effectiveness of birth control pills. But it's difficult to claim early pregnancy as cause of mood swings & headaches. If you're concerned, any over-the-counter home pregnancy test can give you an answer 4 weeks after your last menstrual period.
