Can happen: Migraines can affect part of your visual field, which is believed to be due to constriction of blood vessels going to the part of your brain processing vision, therefore altering vision. Certain type of headaches, called trigeminal autonomic cephalgiias, can cause blurriness, tearing and drooping of eyelid on one side. This includes cluster headache. Treated a little different.
