Ovulation kit: A ruptured ovarian cyst is unlikely to affect fertility. Consider using a home ovulation kit available at any pharmacy to help time intercourse. Most couple will be pregnant within 12 months when actively trying. If the ovulation kit shows no ovulation then schedule a visit with your doctor.
