Headaches and nausea: You may have migraine, but there are other causes. The answer depends on the details: where on the head, does it change position, how often, are there known triggers, how severe, how long does it last, are there other associated symptoms, what response have you had to a trial of a non-steroidal or an Excedrin like combination of aspirin, tylenol (acetaminophen) and caffeine. I suggest you consult your doctor.
