Breast pain: Breast pain is commonly caused by fibrocystic changes in the breast. These improve with anti-inflammatories and by avoiding caffeine, salt, and fatty foods. Some women also benefit from trying evening primrose oil 1000 mg twice daily in addition. Would recommend following up with your physician especially if symptoms persist or the mass increases in size. Also recommend getting an ultrasound.
