Call your OB: Who delivered you so you cna be evaluated to make sure your blood work is normal and you have a normal pap smear and ultrasound, if all is normal , one option is depo-provera.

Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUS: The Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud releases small amounts Progesterone affecting only the uterus. Spotting occurs for a few months but after 6 months, periods often stop. It is safe and as effective as sterilization but reversible. Good for 5 years, you remove it to become pregnant. It is best placed during a period.
