Great start: Your own determination will get the words on paper but most of us need a village to help with a longer plan when we need to change our lifestyle. Find a physician-i recommend a woman D.O./ family practice, who is willing to check on you throughout your weight loss. Your breast size can be discussed as a separate treatment if it does not respond with dropping weight.

Weight loss is good.: For most women, the breast size changes proportionately with their weight. 20 lbs loss usually equals about 1 bra size. But some women, often those with naturally large breasts, don't follow this pattern. It's hard to predict. If the breast size is still too large for you after you reach your ideal weight, you may wish to consider reduction surgery.
