Not likely: You probably had a defective condom or picked it up at some other point. Chlamydial infection for women usually happens thru unprotected sex. Condoms aren't 100% protective as they can have defects or small tears in them. It could have also come from a past partner that you had unprotected sex with. Condom use during oral is a good idea though.
